Privacy Policy

At Navigate Wellness, we prioritize the privacy and confidentiality of our clients. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect the personal information gathered via ads and other social media, and through our website.

  1. Information Collection:

    • We collect personal information provided voluntarily by individuals who interact with our counselling ads and with our contact forms on social media or the Navigate Wellness website.

    • Information collected may include but is not limited to name, contact details (email, phone number), and any additional information shared during inquiries or appointments.

    • If you choose to submit a self-reflection inventory, we collect the answers you provide, along with the name and contact details entered on the form.

  2. Use of Information:

    • Personal information is used for the purpose it was provided: responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, providing and communicating about clinical counselling services, and—if you submit a self-reflection inventory—reviewing your responses and emailing you the result you requested.

    • We may use the information to tailor our clinical counselling services to meet individual needs and preferences.

  3. Disclosure of Information:

    • We do not disclose personal information collected through our ads or website to other organizations unless required by law, with your consent, or as described below. Squarespace processes website form submissions for us. Depending on the form settings, quiz submissions may be stored in Squarespace and sent to the email account connected to the form.

    • Personal information is only shared with authorized personnel directly involved in providing clinical counselling services or responses to form submissions.

  4. Data Security:

    • We implement appropriate security measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

    • Access to personal information is restricted to authorized personnel who require the information to perform their duties.

  5. Cookies and Tracking:

    • We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to analyze the effectiveness of our ads and improve our marketing strategies.

  6. Third-Party Links:

    • Our ads may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party sites.

  7. Consent:

    • By interacting with our clinical counselling ads and providing personal information, individuals consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their information as described in this Privacy Policy.

    • When you submit a self-reflection inventory, you are asking us to use your answers and contact details to prepare and email your result, as described in this policy.

  8. Changes to Privacy Policy:

    • We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or social media pages.

By engaging with our ads and website forms, individuals acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.
